Am I turning into a Grumpy Old Duck!
But...I am so angry and frustrated with a Bank
Why is not possible to to get anything sorted any more?
What happened to Bank Managers who took responsibility and sorted out your problems?
How did we get a situation where you have to answer 10 Questions correctly and then listen to awful music for 10 minutes before you get through to some poor person in Manila who does not understand what you are talking about and keeps apologising and saying they will help you,
But they fail to do so.
Why, when you do get through to England do they say they will call you back but never do?
Why is it impossible to ever find that person again despite the fact that you have their name and followed their instructions
Why were there no notes on the system?
Why do they have no phone numbers or emails in a Bank?
Why can a problem that has taken over a month to solve can be sorted by someone who simply Google searches your information and sorts it in 3 seconds?
Help!!! Is it me?
How did we get here?
Will it change?
It is definately not good for the mental health of Ducks!
