AMANDA LYDDON FOUNDER
Amanda was diagnosed Bipolar in 2000. This resulted in a huge change in her life which led her into projects that helped her to manage her mental health and cope with the difficulties of living with this condition. Her experience gave her the opportunity to learn what worked and what needed improving in the very limited resources in Barnet. The opportunity finally came for her to join 7 people and start this project. In only 3 years, Heart Reach has gone from strength to strength and has started to find it's place in the Barnet Community. In 2017 Amanda was awarded a Civic Award by the Mayor of Barnet for her services to the Community.
